The People Operations Lead is responsible for laying the foundations for growing our team, while maintaining our culture of hybrid remote working, embracing development and building scalable people-oriented policies.
This team member is someone that is able to capitalise on technology and agencies to increase talent acquisition, increase retention and to further strengthen bonds and culture within the organization. He/She should be great with people relationships, as well as have some understanding of organisational psychology to optimise the best outcome for the company. He/She should have the ability to influence fun and happiness.
At the beginning of your first 6 months, you will be heavily involved in supporting the talent acquisition and onboarding efforts as we intend to double our team size. Subsequently, you will be more heavily involved in people’s success (L&D, Engagement, Compensation).
You will be our first HR function, and we are looking for someone that is willing to break the stereotypes of what HR should be.
